Virtual Reality Studio wishes to express a big thank-you to all of our lovely guests who have supported us over the years. Since opening in 2016 we have put our hearts & time into creating a special space to enjoy Virtual Reality. During that time have introduced so many of you to the world of VR & we thank-you for making our jobs so fulfilling & fun!

Please expect a few simple changes in our commitment to your safety:

• On entrance to Virtual Reality Studio, you will acknowledge you are healthy and safe to enter, will keep a 2-metre distance from guests outside of your booking bubble & will abide by our teams' instructions.

• On check-in (15 mins before session) guests will be assigned a table for a safety & set-up briefing. Briefing will include: contact tracing, hand sanitizing, VR PPE for guests, VR tutorial & set-up.

• Staff members will be specifically assigned to your group & will stay with you for the duration of your booking.

• The Retro Room will be closed to the public to avoid larger groups in studio at one time and crossing of bubbles.
  Party table hire ($50) will be available on request for up to 45 mins post-VR session in our Retro Room.
  Groups must be of 10 or less per party.

• Hours of service may be reduced - please message us if you wish to book outside of the hours we are currently open.

• NOTES ON GEAR: We have allowed an extra 10 mins between sessions (20 mins total) to ensure thorough cleaning & resting of gear between groups. VR Gear will be cleaned with anti-viral disinfectant and left for 20 mins in between use. Hygiene kits will be available to use through-out the studio. Disposable barrier masks will be worn in VR. Limited contact will be made by your allocated staff member(s) with options for 'self-set up' & contact-less assistance only.

RENTAL SERVICE: To adapt to the times & bring VR Studio to your home we are proud to launch our brand new rental service: VR HOME KITS. To make this service special we have provided an excellent games list, made sure set up & use is a breeze & have ensured a hygienic & safe service.
